BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 02ndJanuary, 2023:Light rain or thundershowers are likely to be isolated in Upper Sagaing  Region and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern)Shan States. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago Regions and Chin, Rakhine States and partly cloudy inthe remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4 - 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS:Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperatures in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, KayahStates.
