4-11-2025:  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining near Deltic coast, Myanmar has moved North-Northwestwards and now lies over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Northeast Bay of Bengal and off and along Rakhine coasts and adjoining Deltic coasts. It is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining  off and along Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and  Northeast Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain has been isolated in Taninthayi Region and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (8°C) above December average temperature in Southern Shan and Kayah States, (5°C) to (6°C) above December average temperature in Mandalay, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States, (3°C) to (4°C)above December average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Yangon Regions, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin and Kayin States and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in Putao and (8°C) in Tongzan. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded was Kawthaung (0.23)inch.

BAY INFERENCE:   Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 31st DECEMBER, 2017: Rain will be isolated in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States. Degree of certainly is (80%).Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
