FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5^th FEBRUARY, 2018: Rain will be fairly widespread in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be a few coulds in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2 - 6) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of rain in Kachin State.
