SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above February average temperature in Lower Sagaing Region, (2°C) above February average temperatures in Mandalay and Bago Regions, Southern Shan, Rakhine and Kayah States, about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (3°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Thipaw, Heho and Mongyang, (7°C) in Namsam.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few clouds over the Andaman Sea and East Central Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 13th FEBRUARY, 2018: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (60%).Weather will be generally fair in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
