SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Eastern Shan and Kayah States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) to (4°C) above February average temperatures in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Mon State and (2°C) above February average temperatures in Mandalay Region, Southern Shan, Chin and Kayah States and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (5°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Thipaw, Namsam, Heho and Mongyang.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th FEBRUARY, 2018: Light rain is likely to be isolated in Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kayah State and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
