13-5-2025: Southwest monsoon has advanced into the Southern Myanmar areas, Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 21st FEBRUARY, 2018: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region, Kayin and Mon States.
