13-5-2025: Southwest monsoon has advanced into the Southern Myanmar areas, Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 10th MARCH, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Kachin, Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Bago and Yangon Regions and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.

WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR WEEKEND: Likelihood of slightly rain or thundershowers in Yangon Region, weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw and Mandalay Region.
