2-12-2025: According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) has weaken into a Depression now lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Westcentral Bay, North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) is centered at about 755 Nautical miles West of Coco Island(Myanmar), 70 Nautical miles North-Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 15 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely continue to move slowly Southwestwards towards the North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts, India and weaken gradually into a Well Marked Low Pressure Area. Weather is cloudy over the Northwest and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Yangon Region, Southern Shan, Kayin and Mon States, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing and Bago Regions, (Northern and Eastern) Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (6°C) below March average temperature in Eastern Shan State, (2°C) above March average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (39°C) each in Minbu, Sinbyugyun, Shwekyin, Phyu, Ngathaichaung and Bawlakhae. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Launglon (0.87)inch, Myeik (0.79)inch, Dawei (0.19)inch and Pinlaung (0.12)inch.  

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
