BAY INFERENCE: According to the observation at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining South Siri Lanka and  Maldives – Comorin area still persists.Weather is partly cloudy over the Andman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13^th MARCH, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Sagaing Region and Kachin State, isolated in Taninthayi Region, Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainly is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3 - 5) feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of likelihood of rain or thundershowers in Kachin and Shan States.
