BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to partly cloudy to over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 15th May 2024: Rain or thundershowers will be Fairly wispread in Southern Shan State,scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.
THE CONDITION OFCUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-7 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.
OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight increase of day temperatures in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan, Kayah State.
