It is centered at about 645 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 420 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 605 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay,  partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been widespread in Eastern Shan State, fairly widespread in Chin and Mon States, scattered in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan States, isolated in Magway, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine and Kayin States and weather is partly cloudy  in the remaining Regions and States Day temperatures were (5°C) below May average temperatures in Mandalay Region and Eastern Shan State, (3°C) to (4°C) below May average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States, (2°C) below May average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region and about May average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (39°C)each in Magway and Bawlakhae, (38°C)each in Ann and Tharrawady. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Thaton (1.50)inches, Manaung (1.02)inches, Madauk (0.98)inch, Thipaw (0.79)inch, Shwekyin (0.67)inch, Kyaukmae (0.63)inch, Paletwa and Phyarpon (0.51)inch each, Paung (0.47)inch, Minesat, Hakha and Kyeikmayaw (0.39) inch each.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
