30-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts has moved Northwards and it is centered at about 770 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 60 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 170 Nautical miles North of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea, North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and  the South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 08th MAY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Chin States, scattered in Mandalay Region and Eastern Shan ,Kayin and Mon States and isolated in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago and Yangon Regions, Southern Shan State.
