26-11-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” over the Strait of Malacca and adjoining Northeast Indonesia has moved West-Southwestwards and start to cross coastal areas of Indonesia. It is centered at about 305Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 155 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 45 Nautical miles East of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  395 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low pressure Area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Southeast Sri Lanka still persists. It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the Central Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, rain or thundershowers have been scattered in Mandalay and Magway Regions, Southern Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Chin, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Naypyitaw and Magway Region. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Mogoke (1.93)inches, Putao and Maubin (1.81)inches each, Pyinmana (Walgyi) and Yangon (Mingaladon) (1.53)inches each, Mogaung and Kyaukhtu (1.50)inches each, Mindat (1.30)inches, Laiway (1.19)inches, Kyaukmae (1.14) inches, Kyauktaw and Yangon (North-Dragon) (1.10)inches each and Central-Yangon (1.06)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
