27-11-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” over Northeast of Indonesia and adjoining the Strait of Malacca has moved East-Southeast and downgraded into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 380 Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 120 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 150 Nautical miles Southeast of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  495 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). It is likely continue to move Eastwards and weaken into a depression during next 12 hours. According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka Coast has moved North-Northwest and intensified into a Deep Depression.  It is centered at about 800 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 150 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Tricomalee(Srilanka), 370 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(India). It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and further intensify into a Cyclonic Storm during next 12 hours. Thereafter, it is likely continue to move North-Northwestwards and towards North Tamil Nadu and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Central Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Magway Region and Eastern Shan State, scattered in Chin State, fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, Rakhine and Kayin States, widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Mandalay Region and Rakhine State and isolated heavy falls in Bago Region. Day temperatures were (3°C) above May average temperature in Taninthayi Region, (9°C) below May average temperature in Northern Shan State, (7°C) below May average temperature in Upper Sagaing Region, (5°C) to (6°C) below May average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) below May average temperatures in Bago Region, Eastern Shan and Kayin States and about May average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (37°C) in Monywa and (36°C) in Paletwa. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were Manaung (3.54)inches, Hlaingtat (3.50) inches, Mogoke and Pyay (3.43)inches each, Kyauktaw (3.03)inches, Nyaungtone (2.77)inches, Zaung Tu and Okkan (2.68) inches each, Phyarpon and Kungyangon (2.20)inches each, Ngathaichaung (2.13)inches, Pyinoolwin (1.77)inches, Gwa (1.73) inches, Thipaw, Pinlaung and Yangon(Kaba-Aye) (1.65)inches each.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
