23-11-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on 24-11-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and  North Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is cloudy over the Southwest Bay and partly cloudy over the Southeast Bay, a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th March 2025: Rain will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, Kachin State. Degree of certainty is 80%. Weather will be partly cloudy in Mandalay, Upper Sagaing Region, Kayin, Chin, Mon and Shan States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated rain in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin State.
