28-10-2025:According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” over the Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards still persists. It is centered at about 630 Nautical miles West of Coco Island (Myanmar), 210 Nautical miles Northeast of Chennai(India) and 70 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Kakinada (India).Weather is a few cloud over the Northeast Bay and Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
EARTHQUAKE NEWS
A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.0) Richter Scale with its epicenter Myanmar Sea (about (67) miles southeast of Pyapon), latitude 15.37 °N, longitude 96.03 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (101) miles south of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (22) hr (22) min (36) sec M.S.T on 9th March, 2025.
