26-10-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Deep Depression. It is centered at about 410 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 415 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 445 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025, Severe Cyclonic Storm may form on 28-10-2025 and may cross Andhra Pradesh Coast on that night. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (3.1) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (5) miles southeast of Taikkyi), latitude 17.25 °N, longitude 95.99 °E, depth (10) kilometers, about (29) miles northwest of Kaba-Aye seismological observatory was recorded at (20) hr (22) min (14) sec M.S.T on 17th April, 2025.
