2-10-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Depression over Westcentral Bay has moved North- Northwestwards and further intensified into a Deep Depression over Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about 440 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Sittwe (Myanmar), 160 Nautical miles South of Puri, 140 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Gopalpur and 190 Nautical miles South of Paradip(India). Monsoon is moderate over the the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

Severe Tropical Storm “RAGASA” Condition

According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “RAGASA” has crossed costal area of Guangdong, South China Sea has moved Westwards and downgrad into a Severe Tropical Storm “RAGASA”  over boundary of Guangxi, South China. It is likely continute to crossed as Tropical Storm during next 6 hrs. Thereafter, it may pass over the northern part of Vietnam as a tropical depression during next 24 hours.
