16-2-2026:  According to the observations at 13:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area has formed over the East Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining South Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move west–northwestwards and further intensify over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining East Equatorial Indian Ocean on 18-2-2026. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Tropical Storm “RAGASA” Condition

According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “RAGASA” crossing Southern part of Guangxi, South China Sea has moved Westwards and downgraded into a Tropical Storm “RAGASA”, still crossing into the Southern part of Guangxi. It is likely continute to move West- Westwards and it may pass over the northern part of Vietnam as a tropical depression during next 12 hours.
