BAYINFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 9th October 2025: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Bago, Upper Sagaing Regions and fairly widespread in Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Chin, Rakhine State. Degree of certainty is 100%.
THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Yangon, Mandalay, Upper Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, (Southern and Eastern)Shan State. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena.
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 4-6 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
