According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over the South China Sea has moved slowly Southwestwards. It is likely continue to move Southwestwards and intensify into a Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” during next 6 hours.
