30-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “DITWAH” over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining North Srilanka has moved Northwards now lies over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts. It is centered at about 775 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 85 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry (India) and 135 Nautical miles North-Northwestwards of Trincomalee(Srilanka). It is likely continue to move nearly Northwards parallel to Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts(India) during next 24 hrs. Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Southwest Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 13th JULY, 2018: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Mandalay and Magway Regions and scattered in Naypyitaw, (Southern and Eastern) Shan and Kayah  States and  Fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing Region , widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine State, isolated heavy falls in Yangon Region, Kayin and Mon States.
