22-11-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area has formed over the South Andaman Sea and adjoining Strait of Malacca. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and further intensify into a depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal on 24-11-2025. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay, a few cloud over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 21st January, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Slight Decrease of night temperatures in Upper Myanmar areas.
