BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 21st February, 2019: Light rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Kachin State.Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing  and Taninthayi Regions, Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally fair in the whole country.
