3-9-2025::  According to the observations at 17:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal off North Odisha coast still persists. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong in the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 25th August, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, fairly widespread in Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy fall in Chin and Rakhine States.
