It is centered at about 645 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco- Island (Myanmar), 420 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Trincomalee(Sri Lanka) and 605 Nautical miles Southeast of Puducherry(Sri Lanka).Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay,  partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

                    A Low Pressure Areas may form over the Bay of Bengal and It may Further intensify into a Depression.  During this monsoon period, monsoon will be strong in the Bay of Bengal and moderate in the Andaman Sea.

Rain Conditions and Rainy Days

Rain will be expected above normal in Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States,  below normal in  Lower Sagaing and about normal in Naypyitaw, Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Eastern and Shan and Chin states.  

Rainy days will be expected 8 to 10 days in Upper Sagaing, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and  Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and  about 6 to 7 days  in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, Northern and Eastern Shan and Kayah States and about 3 to 5 days   Lower Sagaing and  Magway Regions.
