It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and may reach over the Northeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining off and along Northern Rakhine coasts, Myanmar and coastal area of Bangladesh on 5-11-2025. Weather is cloudy over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Kayah State, scattered in Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin and Chin States, fairly widespread in Nay Pyi Taw, Lower Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Shan and Rakhine States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay Regions, Mon State and isolated heavy falls in Ayeyarwady Region. The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Chaungsone (13.86)inches, Mudon (6.97) inches, Mawlamyine (4.76)inches, Natogyi (4.30)inches, Kyeikmayaw (3.89)inches, Thaton (3.74) inches, Kyaukse (3.65)inches, Bellin  (3.39)inches, Hainggyikyun  (3.31)inches, Minkin (3.11)inches, Shwebo  (3.03)inches and Myingyan (2.51)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weather is partly cloudy to cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
