FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th September, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Southern Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Naypyitaw, scattered in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Chin, Rakhine and Kayin States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States.
