3-9-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to further intensify during next 24 hrs. Thereafter, it is likely to move west-northwestwards and cross Odisha, India, during next 48 hrs. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair in the North Bay and Partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 14thNovember, 2015: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Yangon Region, Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States, weather will be partly cloudy in Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Continuation of rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region.
