27-11-2025:According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Cyclonic Storm “SENYAR” crossed in the interior of Indonesia has recurved and moved South-Southeast and now lies again over Northeast of Indonesia and adjoining the Strait of Malacca. It is centered at about 360 Nautical miles South of Kawthaung (Myanmar), 140 Nautical miles Southwest of Penang(Malaysia), 50 Nautical miles Southeast of Kuta Makmur(Indonesia) and  460 Nautical miles Southeast of Car Nicobar (India). According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Southeast Sri Lanka has further intensified into a Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of Sri Lanka coast.  It is centered at about 800 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 180 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Tricomalee(Srilanka), 395 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Puducherry(India). Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy and over the over the Andaman Sea and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

            A low pressure area may form over the South Bay of Bengal and may further intensify into a depression. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy in the Andaman Sea and South Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.

Rain Condition and Rainy days

            Rain will be expected above normal in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin,  Kayin and Mon States and, normal in the remaining Regions and States.

            Rainy days will be expected 6 to 8 days in Kachin State, Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions,  3 to 5 days in  Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon, 1 to 2 days in   in the remaining Regions and States.

Day  Temperature

Day temperature will be (2°C) above normal in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady  Regions, Kayin and Mon States and normal in the remaining Regions and States.
