4-9-2025::  According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the northwest Bay of Bengal off North Odisha coast has moved west-northwestwards over the North Odisha coast. It is likely continued to move west-northwestwards and cross North Odisha and adjoining Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh, India and gradually weakened during next 24 hrs.Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 12th June, 2016: Rain will be fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavy falls in Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Rakhine and Mon States and isolated heavy falls in Mandalay, Magway and Yangon Regions, Kayin State. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Occasional squalls with rough seas will be experienced off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (40) m.p.h.
