29-5-2025: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal(off Odisha coasts) still persists. It is likely to move slowly Northwards and further intensify into a depression duing next 18 hours. Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay of Bengal and vigorous elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
