25-10-2025:According to the observations at 11:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved Westwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about 330 Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island (Myanmar), 530 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai(India), 540 Nautical miles Southeast of Kakinada (India). It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a deep depression on 26-10-2025 and Cyclonic Storm may form over the Southwest Bay and adjoining over Westcentral Bay of Bengal on 27-10-2025. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay, partly cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Sagaing Region, Kachin and Rakhine States, scattered in Yangon Region, Northern Shan and Kayah States, fairly widespread in Mandalay, Magway, Bago and Ayeyarwady Regions, Chin and Kayin States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavy falls in Magway Region. Night temperatures were (5°C) above November average temperature in  Eastern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) above November average temperatures in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Bago Regions, Kachin, (Northern and Southern) Shan, Chin, Rakhine and  Mon States and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperature were (11°C) in Hkamti, (12°C)each in Loilin and Hakha. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Pyinoolwin (2.40)inches, Hlaingbwe (2.36)inches, Thatyat (1.77) inches, Taunggu (1.66)inches, Khayan (1.34)inches, Myawady and Theinzayet (1.26)inches each and Chaungsone (1.02)inches.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and East central Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 12th November, 2016: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Chin and Rakhine States, scattered in Lower Sagaing Region and Northern Shan State, fairly widespread in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be moderate in Myanmar waters.
