SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, rain or thundershowers have been fairly widespread in Taninthayi Region, isolated in Kayin and Mon States, weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Eastern Shan and Chin States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (4°C) below November average temperature in Northern Shan State and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (4°C) in Loilin, (5°C) each in Heho and Hakha and (5°C) in Naungcho. The noteworthy amounts of rainfalls recorded were Myeik (0.58)inch, Dawei (0.43)inch, Kawkayeit (0.24)inch and Yay (0.20)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 28th November, 2016: Likelihood of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region, weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan (North and East), Chin, Kayin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
