SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, weather have been partly cloudy in Mandalay, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States, generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above December average temperatures in Upper Sagaing and Bago Regoins, Southern Shan and Rakhine State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha and (6°C) in Namsam.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st December, 2016: Likelihood of isolated light rain in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainly is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Yangon Regions, Kachin, Shan, Kayin and Mon States, generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
