29-10-2025:According to the observations at 10:30 hrs MST today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” has crossed Southern Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Coast, India and moved North-Northwestwards downgraded into Cyclonic Storm “MONTHA” over the interior regions of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is likely continue to move North- Northwestwards and may cross interior regions of India and gradually weaken. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay, Eastcentral Bay and Southwest Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 26th December, 2016: Light rain are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region. Degree of certainty is (60%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Kayin and Mon States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA:  Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Increase of night temperatures in the whole country.
