12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A moderate earthquake of magnitude (5.1) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (11) miles southwest of Lay Shi), latitude 25.30°N, longitude 94.87°E, depth (69) kilometers, about (82) miles north-northeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (01)hr (54)min (04)sec M.S.T on 20^thSeptember, 2021.
