12-9-2025:According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (Off North Andhra Pradesh - South Odisha coasts, India) still persists. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and across South Odisha and adjoining North Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh during next 2 days.

A Strong earthquake of magnitude (6.3) Richter Scale with its epicenter outside Myanmar (Qinghai,China), latitude (37.82)°N, longitude (101.12)°E, depth (24)kilometers, about (877) miles north-northeast of Myitkyina seismological observatory was recorded at (00)hr (15)min (32)sec M.S.T on 8th  January, 2022.
