SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, light rain has been isolated in Upper Sagaing Region, weather has been partly cloudy in Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Northern Shan and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (3°C) above February average temperatures in Rakhine State and about February average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (6°C) in Namsam, (7°C) each in Mongyang and Hakha.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is fair over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 26th February, 2017: Rains are likely to be isolated in Taninthayi Region and Kachin State. Degree of certainly is (60%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Ayeyarwady Regions, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.
STATE OF THE SEA: Seas will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters.
