SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) weather has been partly cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin and Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Day temperatures were (3°C) below March average temperatures in Lower Sagaing Region and about March average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant day temperatures were (40°C) in Bawlakhae, (38°C) each in Chauk, Minbu, Taunggu, Zaungtu, Shwegyin, Tharrawady, Hpa-an, Mawlamyine, Belin and Theinzayet.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
