29-6-2025: According to the observations at 12:30 hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal, India and Bangladesh coasts still persists. It is likely to move slowly West-Northwestwards across North Odisha and West Bengal, India. Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

A slight earthquake of magnitude (4.9) Richter Scale with its epicenter inside Myanmar (about (21)miles south-southwest of Paungbyin), latitude 23.97°N, longitude 94.74°E, depth (103)kilometers, about (33)miles southeast of Tamu seismological observatory was recorded at (22)hr (30)min (46)sec M.S.T on 21^st October, 2022.
