It is likely to move Northwestwards and may across North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts, India during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 13th July, 2017: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Kachin State, fairly widespread in Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Northern Shan State and widespread in Naypyitaw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Taninthayi Regions, Shan (East and South), Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with likelihood of isolated heavy falls in Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago and Taninthayi Regions, Chin, Rakhine and Mon States. STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30 - 35) m.p.h. Wave height will be about (6 - 9) feet along Myanmar Coasts.
