A low pressure area may form over the Bay of Bengal. Weather will be a few cloud over the North and East Central Bay and partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain or thundershowers will be below normal in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, West Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and about normal in Yangon, East Bago, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, (Southern & Eastern) Shan States.
Rainy days are expected about 2 to 3 days in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Mon, (Southern & Eastern) Shan States and about 1 day in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States.

Night temperature will be (1.5°C) below normal of December average Temperatures in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Northern Shan States and about normal of December average Temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rakhine, (Southern & Eastern) Shan States.
Fog Condition
Foggy days will be expected about 5 to 9 days in Mandalay, Sagaing Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Chin, Mon, Shan States and about 1 to 4 days in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Magway, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayin, Rahine States.
