A low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather will be party cloudy to cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud to party cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over Bay of Bengal.
Rain condition and Rainy Day
Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Eastern Shan State and below normal in NayPyiTaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kachin, Northern and Southern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States and about normal in Tanintharyi Region and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
Rainy days are expected about (2) to (3) days in Tanintharyi Region and Kachin, Eastern Shan States and about (1) days in Upper Sagaing Region and Northern and Southern Shan, Chin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine State.

Night temperature will be (1.5°C) above normal of February average temperatures in Shan State, about normal of February average temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
