A low pressure areas may form over the Andaman sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain or thundershowers will be likely above normal in Kachin, Shan States and and below normal in Taninthayi Region and about normal in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
Rainy days are expected about (1) to (2) days in Upper Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Shan, chin States and partly cloudy in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States.
Night Temperature
Night temperature will be (1.5°C) above normal of January in Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady Regions and Southern Shan, Rakhine, Mon States and about normal of January in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, (Northern and Eastern) Shan, Chin, Kayah ,Kayin States.
Fog Condition
Foggy days will be expected about (6) to (9) days in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Mon States and about (2) to (5) days in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin State.
