A low pressure area may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Yangon, East Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon States, below normal in Mandalay, Magway, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Chin, Rakhine, Northern Shan States and about normal in Naypyitaw, West Bago Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan State.
Rainy days are expected about about 3 to 5 days in Yangon, East Bago, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayin, Mon States and about 1 to 2 days in Naypyitaw, Mandalay, West Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Chin, Rakhine, Shan States.
Night Temperature
Night temperature will be (1.5°C) below normal of November average Temperature in Eastern Shan State, above normal of November average Temperatures in Mandalay, West Bago, Magway Regions and about normal of November average Temperatures in Naypyitaw, Yangon, East Bago, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, (Northern and Southern) Shan States.
Fog Condition
Foggy days will be expected about 4 to 6 days in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin, Shan States and about 1 to 3 days in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Mon, Rahine States.
