1-12-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal, North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts and South Andhra Pradesh coasts almost stationary and it is centered at about 750 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco Island(Myanmar), 75 Nautical miles Northeast of Puducherry (India) and 20 Nautical miles Southeast of Chennai(India). It is likely to move nearly Northwards parallel to North Tamil Nadu- Puducherry coasts and South Andhra Pradesh coasts(India) and gradually weaken into a Depression during next 12 hrs. Weather is generally fair over the Andaman Sea, cloudy over the Northwest Bay and Westcentral Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Bay of Bengal Condition

Two low pressure areas may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and one may further intensify into a Cyclonic storm. Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

 Rain condition and Rainy Day 

Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and about normal in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Kayah States.

Rainy days are expected about 7 to 9 days in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine, Kayin, Mon States and about 4 to 6 days in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Shan, Kayah States.
