Typhoon “RAGASA” Condition
According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “RAGASA” over South China Sea has moved West-Northwestwards and crossed Xiachuan Island, China. It is centered at about 30 Nautical miles East-Southeast of Yangjiang (China).
