2-10-2025: According to the observations at 15:30 hrs MST today, the Deep Depression over Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved Northwestwards and it is centered at about 440 Nautical miles West-Southwest of Sittwe (Myanmar), 95 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Puri, 65 Nautical miles South-Southeast of Gopalpur and 140 Nautical miles South-Southwest of Paradip(India). It is likely continue to move north-northwestwards and cross Odisha and adjoining Andhra Pradesh coasts between Gopalpur and Paradip during tonight.Monsoon is moderate over the the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the Typhoon “RAGASA” has passed the Northern Philippines Islands moved westwards now lies over Western parts of  Philippines Sea still persists. It is likely continue to move Westwards and may reach South China Sea tonight and then the southern coastal areas of China on 24-9-2025. There after it may pass over the northern coastal areas of Vietnam as a tropical storm on 25-9-2025.
