According to the observations at 18:30 hrs MST today, due to the
convergence of warm air from the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal
and cold air from the China high pressure system and the eastern
disturbances, development of convective clouds, rain or
thundershowers are likely to be fairly widespread to widespread in
Naypyitaw, Yangon, Mandalay, Bago, Magway, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady,
Tanintharyi Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine,
Shan States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in during tonight
to 17-4-2025.
